Cryo-XPS enhancement for AXIS Supra+

Our latest development facilitates in-situ cryo-XPS experiments at temperatures below -150 °C using the AXIS Supra+. Cryo-XPS opens the possibility of analysing hydrated samples such as mineral suspensions or bacteria and biological samples.
